Recipe(tried): Sweet Potatoes with Baileys Irish Cream

SWEET POTATOES WITH BAILEYS IRISH CREAM

3 pounds sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Bailey Irish cream
1 cup broken walnuts

Leaving sweet potatoes in jackets, drop in boiling water to cover, cook covered until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain, cool, peel and mash while warm.

Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients and turn into greased casserole.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
