Recipe: Crunchy Ham Casserole (using elbow macaroni and French fried onions)

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked ham or luncheon meat
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions, divided use
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook macaroni; drain.
Combine macaroni and ham in 3 quart casserole.
Mix together soup, sour cream, and milk, pouring half the mixture over ham and macaroni. Layer the broccoli on top. Pour remaining sauce over broccoli and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top with French fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
