Recipe(tried): Taco Dip

Appetizers and Snacks
The following recipes I'm posting are the ones i'm always asked to bring to a party and there's never anything left by the end of the evening.

Taco Dip:
1-8oz. softened cream cheese
1-16oz sour cream
1-16oz. salsa (i use medium, you can use any kind you like)
1- large tomato cut into bite size pieces
1-med size green pepper cut into bite size pieces
1- med onion cut into bite size pieces
1-small can of black olives chopped
1-160z shredded cheddar or yellow cheese
Beat cream cheese and sour cream til smooth. Spread on bottom of a 8x8 or whatever size container you have. Put the salsa on top of cheese mixture then add the chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions and olives. top with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips, everyone loves this dip. ENJOY...
