Recipe: Three-Cheese Garden Pizza

Pizza/Focaccia
Three-Cheese Garden Pizza

1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup (1 ounce) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Lightly flour dough and roll into a 14-inch circle. A pizza stone works great! Bake crust 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Press garlic over crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella and Cheddar evenly over crust. Layer vegetables evenly, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then Italian seasoning. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Smells great cooking! Serves 8 as an appetizer.
