Recipe: Toasted Sweet Potato Chips

Toasted Sweet Potato Chips

Scrub the sweet potatoes. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Brush each side lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Turn the "chips" and bake another 15 minutes or until both sides are lightly toasted.
