Recipe: Tuna Melts (WW points=4)

Sandwiches
TUNA MELTS

1 (6 oz) can albacore tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices tomato (1/4-inch-thick)
4 slices (3/4 oz each) fat-free American processed cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

Place muffin halves, cut sides up, on a baking sheet; divide tuna mixture evenly among muffin halves. Top with tomato and cheese.

Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Yield: 4 servings (1 muffin half each)
