Recipe: Turtle Cheesecake

2 C. Vanilla Wafer Cookie crumbs
6 Tbs. Margarine (melted)
1 bag Carmels
5 oz Evaporated Milk
1 C. Toasted, Chopped Pecans
16 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 C. Sugar
1tsp. Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
1/2 C. Semi-Sweet Choc. Chips

Mix crumbs and margarine togeather, press in 9" spring form pan.
Bake at 350 o for 10 min.
Melt carmels and milk togeather till smooth (stir), pour over crust, top carmel with pecans.
Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla on med. speed, till well blended.
Add eggs one at a time mixing after each addition.
Blend in melted chocolate, pour this mixture over pecans.
Bake at 350 o for 40 min.
Loosen from pan, cool, serve with whip cream
