Recipe(tried): Uses for sour milk

Misc.
I have used sour milk, not for yogurt, but in pancake recipies and breads. It makes them light and fluffy and is not sour at all. Just add in place of the regular milk. They taste like buttermilk pancakes. If you don't have sour milk then add 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup fresh milk and you will get the same results.
