Embarrassingly Easy No-Cook Salsa
1 (28 oz) tin diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped, and seeded, if desired*
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves or more fresh garlic, chopped
1 lime (juice of)
Set the tomatoes to drain, you can use the juice in some other recipe (soup, perhaps?)
Chop and prep the veggies, and juice the lime. Use more or less of all additional ingredients, to taste.
Add everything to the drained tomatoes, crack open a bag of tortillas and Enjoy!
* If you leave the seeds in the jalapenos, your salsa will be spicier, so suit yourself, bearing that in mind.
