Recipe: Waffles with club soda (just found)
Breakfast and BrunchClub Soda waffles
2 1/4 cups biscuit mix
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 (10 Oz )bottle club soda
Garnish: fresh strawberries when in season
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. slowly add club soda, beating until smooth.
bake in preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden. Garnish if desired
