Recipe: Cafe au Lait Frappe (using ice cream, blender)

"This shake is thin and smooth and has a rich coffee flavor. For a thicker version, blend 6 ice cubes into drink once it is blended."
1 cup strong coffee or espresso, cooled
1 cup lowfat milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup coffee ice cream
Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed. Place cover on blender jar. Holding cover in place, turn blender to low for 10 seconds. Turn to high for an additional 20 seconds until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 5 cups (10 servings, 1/2 cup each)
