Pat it you are in windows 3.1 (or other maybe) and netscape this is how i do it.

~~ hit bookmark from above, a drop down list is showing but the file is not REALLY open.
~~ click on "go bookmarks"
~~ now the file is open.
~~ click on edit
~~ click on select all
~~ click on "copy" (in edit menu)
~~ open word procccessor or Notepad
~~ paste the contents and it is now in the http form not name form ~~ like magic!
~~ problem is that it is all run together so you may need to put in lines or like me just leave as is and figure if day comes that i need one i can decifer then ...
print after you have pasted.
