ZUCCHINI PATTIES

3 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 beaten egg
1 1/4 cup Bisquick or pan cake mix
Dash of salt & Pepper
Dash of garlic salt

Mix well all ingredients. Drop into hot shortening in skillet. Let flatten and brown on both sides.
