Recipe(tried): Zuppa Toscana like Olive Garden - good, but better with a few changes

This is the recipe that I found online, but when I made it I found that it was not quite right. I made a few changes the next time. I found it's better with ground spicy sausage. Also the first recipe is too rich and creamy, so I only used 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, and about 1/2 cup of chicken broth. It turned out much better that way.
