ISO: Andre Soltner recipe on Cooking with Master Chefs/Julia Childs
Misc.On Cooking with Master Chefs with Julia Childs, program #13 had Chef Andre Soltner. He made a dish with 7 oz. puff pastry, 1/2 cup blended cottage cheese, 1/2 cup creme fraise, 1 TBSP flour, salt & pepper, and 2 TBSP oil.
The dish looked great, but I haven't been able to find out what creme fraise is. I know fraise is french for strawberry, but the creamy mixture looked more like regular cream cheese. Did anyone else see this show? Should I looked for flavored cream cheese?
