Hi April,

The Banana Nut Bread recipe that Donna posted is for use with bread machines that have a quick bread or batter bread cycle (yeast isn't used in the recipe). Regarding the loaf size, it can be made in a 1 lb (or larger) bread machine.

Happy Baking!

Betsy

IN REPLY TO:

This banana bread recipe just sounds wonderful, but I was wondering how much yeast you used? I also have a Welbilt machine and was also needing to know what size this recipe is considered: 1 lb, 1/2 lb, or 2 lb?

Thanks!
