ISO: Baking a wedding cake - using a heating core???
Misc.I am making my daughter's wedding cake and it is my first one, she wants a 3 tiered cake with fondant, pretty plain but I have noticed that alot of pans (12-16") say that you have to use a heating core for them to bake correctly. won't that leave a big hole in the center? what do you do about that? I don't mean to sound dumb but I'm a newbie at bigger cakes. thanks for any help. meloni
