ISO: Boiled ground beef

My dog was recently ill and I had to boil and drain ground beef of all fat for part of his diet. So, thinking he would be on this awhile I made several pounds. Don't need it now and wonder what I could do with it. It's frozen and obviously bland. Any ideas?
