POTATOES AU GRATIN
4 cups thinly-sliced potatoes (about 4 to 5 medium potatoes)
1/2 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Cook potatoes in boiling water 18 minutes or until barely tender; drain. Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir gently before serving.
VARIATION:
Add 1 cup chopped ham with remaining ingredients.
Makes 6 servings
