ISO: Chicken Margarita like Healthy Choice Dinners

I would like to duplicate the "healthy choice" dinner, Chicken Margarita, I'm not sure of the spelling, but my husband ate mine and fell in love so I would like to duplicate in a larger quantity. He is not on a diet like I always am!

It does not have to be lite.

By the way, if anyone hasn't tried this dinner, you really should, it is delicious!
