ISO: Cinnamon Crispies

I'm searching for a recipe for the cinnamon crispies you find in store bakeries
about the USA. They are flat discs with cinnamon and sugar on them. I have no
idea how to even start in replicating the dough mixture!! If anyone knows of a
similar recipe Please let me know.
