ISO: cold weather smoking
Misc.I need to smoke a pork butt for a holiday gathering. I has turned so cold here. Should I brine the meat to make it cook faster? Should add more wood to the smoker? We have an old Brinkman gas smoker, but, I have only used it in the summer before. How can I get the best flavor and most heat from this smoker?
Thanks for any help!
