ISO: cooking a 10 pound pork loin

I am having 40 people for dinner and bought a 10 pound boneless pork loin and now am nervous about cooking it without drying it out. I normaly like to do something special, but am thinking with such a large piece of meat I should keep it simple. Any suggestions?
