ISO: Fruit salad with dressing using orange juice and cool whip

My ex-sister-in-law used to make a fruit salad that had apples, grapes, nuts, mini-marshmallows, and bananas in a sauce made with oil, orange juice, pineapple juice(?), lemon juice, and cool whip. Does anyone know the amounts for the ingredients in the sauce?
