ISO: Homemade Pasta with NO EGGS in the Dough!

Misc.
Help! I have a hubby with advanced heart disease and a big problem with cholesterol. I have a pasta attachment for my mixer, but I am having a hard time finding recipes to make my own spaghetti noodles, etc. I see pasta in the stores made with spinach, beets, tomato and basil, mushrooms, and the like. But I can't seem to find recipes to make my own. When making regular egg noodles, have any of you tried Egg-Beaters? Did it work? Thanks for your help!
