ISO: HUGE Cucumbers!

I have been the lucky recipient of some really BIG cukes! Some I have been able to make into lime pickles, but the rest are too big even for those. Does any one have suggestions/recipes of what I should do with these things. The smallest is at least 2" in diameter!

I also have zucchini. (about the same size!) Can these two be put together successfully for a relish or a pickle?
