ISO: Knefe/knefeh/knafe the lebanese way with semolina

HI!

I have been looking on the internet for a knefe recipe(the Lebanese way), that is with semolina, milk, cheese...

All the recipes I have found on the internet are based on frozen phyllo dough, which is one way of doing knefeh. I love the one you eat in Lebanese sweet-shops like Sea-Sweet , hmm very yummi:) I think the dough based on semolina.

I would appreciated if anybody could provide me with recipe for the dough based on semolina.
