ISO: Lemon Buttermilk Poundcake

One of the best cakes I have ever tried, and when I was making copies, somehow I lost the baking instruction portion of the recipe. I have the ingredients listing, except for the lemon glaze/soaking sauce. Please help. This cake is always a hit whenever I take it anywhere. Your assistance is greatly appreciated, as I can't beging to reemember where i got the recipe originally.
