ISO: Marinated Portabella's

Just got back from vacation in Florida. While we were there we had a wonderful portabella mushroom appetizer at a terrific italian restaurant somewhere in Palm Springs area. I Wish I could recall the name as one of you may know where and what I am talking about. I was to busy drooling over the dreamboat owner : ) as well as the great food. They were marinaded in balsamic vinegar and not sure what else. Anyone got a good recipe that may match these that I can replicate. I love mushrooms, so give me what you got!
