ISO: Mexico Chiquito Cheese Dip using cream cheese

I've seen (but don't have) a recipe that includes most of the ingredients listed in these recipes, but also included cream cheese. Maybe that's the missing ingredient. I'm going to try it. I've tried to get the recipe, but the lady who had it moved away.
