ISO: Mexico Chiquito cheese dip history
Misc.Mexico Chiquito has been proudly serving Central Arkansas with the best and freshest Mexican food since 1935. When "Blackie" Donnally and his wife came from the Texas/Mexico border to build their "Little Mexico" restaurant, they brought along a wealth of secret family recipes. Their food was so good that people came from miles around to dine by candlelight in the little house in North Little Rock known as Mexico Chiquito.
Through the years, many people have tried (unsuccessfully) to uncover the secret recipes that make Mexico Chiquito's food so special. The finest and freshest ingredients always used in preparation are no secret - but just what does make Mexico Chiquito's cheese dip the best you've every tasted? That, my friends, will always be a guarded secret!
From humble beginnings Mexico Chiquito has grown into an Arkansas tradition.
