ISO: Mrs Fields or Dean and Deluca's Muffins

Some of my favorite muffins are from Mrs Fields and Dean and Deluca. Does anyone have one of their receipes? Also can you freeze muffins and reheat them in the microwave? I read that you could do this with brownies.
