ISO: Question about elbow room marinade

Misc.
Have you ever used this marinade in spaghetti sauce? There was a restaurant here where I live, in Toledo Ohio, called the Elbo Room, that had a spaghetti sauce that had the most amazing and bizarre flavor to it. The flavor was very elusive and the restaurant was open probably for 60 to 70 years and just recently closed a couple years ago. I've gone to this restaurant 1 million times And asked the managers, workers, bartenders, etc. if they would tell me the recipe. I even offered to buy it and no one would budge. The ingredients you have here for the marinade, a few of them I figured it out over the years trying to figure out the recipe, exist in the sauce. I'm wondering if there is some sort of connection here, since you share the same name too. The only difference is that they spelled Elboe Room ELBO. Thank you your response is greatly appreciated
