ISO: Rinderwurst using beef, onions, allspice and oatmeal

Misc.
I am looking for an authentic recipe for our rinderwurst. Does anyone have one? As I understand it, the recipe my family used was "crumbly", fried and put on bread for eating. Ingredients that I know of include beef, onions, allspice, oatmeal. Perhaps there were other ingredients, too? However, I don't know the proportions or how to make it.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me!
