ISO: Rinderwurst with oatmeal, meat and allspice

This is a sausage that we used to get in Beecher, Illinois purchased in loaf form It was fried and then some of us used a maple syrup when serving it. We now live in Arizona and naturally, cannot obtain it here. I would love to have the recipe for it.
