ISO: tuna puffs
Misc.I made tuna puffs awhile back that you drained the tuna, reserved the liquid add maybe soda and or baking powder, then flour and deep fried them the puffed up and were delish but cannot find the recipe It appeared in the ask Joyce column and would love to get it again thank you
