ISO: Zucchini question for Helen

 Hi Helen --

The response you received for the crustless zucchini quiche sounds wonderful. 
Your request sent me on a search and I see that there are many ways to make a 
crustless zucchini quiche, with eggs or without, 4 or 5 ingredients (usually 
with onions, eggs and cheese) to nearly 20 (here's one with garlic, ginger, 
sherry, basil, thyme, oregano, Swiss and Italian cheese, mushrooms, toasted 
bread crumbs and more). Thought I'd mention that if you are looking for one in 
particular; if you remember some of the ingredients, let me know and I'll post 
some that may be close.
