The info on the daikon,I,m fasinated by all its uses,the ones my green grocers
had were the huge ones,the "kabu"(see I,m learning!!!!!)Do you think you could
post a rec.or 2 for me using it?Also could you give me some info on ChinJang
(hope I,ve got It right!!!!)Japenese sweet cabbage,Ive only stir -fryed it with
soy sauce a bit of chilli and some honey(mind you that was deliciuos)but I,de
love to know if you could pass on some ideas for me.
