I,m not a vegetarian as such,just love cooking with vegtables and trying out
new ideas,so I experiment alot.I eat chicken and fish but vey little red meat.I
would love to have any info on Japanese cooking and any recipes you post for me
I would trully appreciate.I live in S.Africa and new products are being
introduced all the time and unusual veggies such as the Chinjang I mentioned
(hope Ive got that spelling right!!!)Will wait to hear from you
