Gladys:

Its seems you're the only person who can answer my strange requests. I really appreciate it.

Your recipes are great, my only problem is the tea masala I have is already the combined spices (ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamon & clove) ground to an extremely fine powder and I'm not sure how much to use. I discovered that a tiny pinch went a very long way when I was using it in my India tea I brew in a 10 cup coffee maker. I had added it to the 1st batch I made in the coffee maker; the smell was heavenly but the results were way too strong to drink.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

thank you again.
