Hi Nancy!

What a great idea! Thanks for sharing those two walking tips. I did notice on my walks that while one is walking, one sees a lot more than when driving!

Tomorrow I start adding a bit more to my walk, I have to go a little bit further, like 1 large city block more. I am so glad that the weather is nice and cold for this activity.

I am looking forward to making chili this afternoon, it's a bit nippy down here. We awoke to frost on the grass and roof tops this morning.

Good luck on your goal Nancy, I am positive you will achieve it!

Keep Warm, Hugs from Gina
