Hi Carolyn!

Yes, please post the recipe for Korean Spinach, I would love to make it.

Your pot roast sounded delicious. While I was rummaging inside the freezer this morning looking for ground beef, I stumbled upon a pot roast. Perhaps I will make it sometime this week. I still have not made the SPinach Pie but I will this week....I just love that recipe. And, it's so easy to make too!

Please let me know how the cocoa mix xomes out. We are using Splenda around here in place of sugar and you would never notice.

I will be making Chili this afternoon as it is quite nippy.
