Hi Gina - we're in the low 60s down here, today. Yah, yah, I know - - but I'm freezing!! And tonight it's really going to get down into the 30's and I'm going to have to think about covering my new impatiens I planted this week.

This really is good SOUP weather and thanks for both these recipes. We have company for a couple of days - friends from NH, and last night he actually got into the pool (65 degrees!) and thought it wonderful - "balmy" he said!!

I agree, he's "balmy"!!

They've gone off lot-hunting today, and this would be a good meal for when they return later. They are having trouble believing the prices of houses and lots in FL these days - I told them they are about 4 years too late for those economically priced Florida homes - they don't exist much anymore.
