Tis the season..........

Gina,
I have resolved to lose weight over the next few months too. I just found out that my daughter is expecting twins (our first grandchildren) and I'm determined to be around for a long, long time to see those babies grown. One of the things that I do is to play a game on my daily walks. I make it a point to find something new on each walk that I haven't seen before. It makes each walk a new experience and I look forward to seeing what I can find each trip. Sometimes it is a new decoration that someone has put out and sometimes it can be something as simple as looking at the way frost changes the look of a tree or bush. It has made me much more observant and appreciative of my surroundings and it also makes me very aware of the changes that each season brings. Good luck with your weight loss efforts. We can all support each other as we work toward becoming more healthy.
