Misc.We have made an almond crusted salmon but never a pecan crusted salmon. We shall have to try this recipe since we really enjoyed the almond crusted one.
I am so sorry for you and your DH. It is so hard to lose a pet:-( We lost our dear Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier about a year and a half ago and we still miss him very much. We miss the laughs over the silly things he would sometimes do and, of course, the unconditional love. Dogs are full of so much personality and edge their way into your heart so it is no wonder we miss them so much when they are gone.
