I will save these recipes for future reference. I ended up kind of "winging it," as I needed to make the salad before the fruit went bad. (It was already in the fridge a couple days.) I used about a cup of fruit punch, some of the juice from the pineapple and watermelon, sugar, and lemon juice--brought it to a boil and added a bit of cornstarch to thicken. It sufficed--only wish I wouldn't have stirred it in so hard--all the raspberries turned into mush and seeds! Better luck next time--using your recipes. (:
