Recipe: Salad Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings

Here is another one from the same book...more sugar.
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
Cook until thick. May thin with whip cream. This is good on mixed fruit.
