I just want to thank Gladys for her list of Puerto Rican recipes. I am married to a Puerto Rican, but i am not good at cooking Puerto Rican food. And every time i ask a family member or a friend to give me the recipe of what they just made I never get it. Nobody wants to give up their recipes!!!
I just want to make my husband a decent Puerto Rican meal.

YOUR THE BEST!!!!
