Carrot side dish!

Misc.

This is a favorite of mine....no particular recipe.
Cook sliced carrots and drain.
Cook cut up cabbage and drain.
Mix together with cream of mushroom soup and chunks of Velveeta cheese.
Be sure to cook the carrots and cabbage separate. Mixing these two vegetables makes the best tasting side dish. The first time I had this I thought it was scalloped potatoes.
