Great to meet you, Norma! I love meeting nearby people via computer.

Misc.
Mark's US Prime is in the 'new' Union Square right by the Hippodrome in downtown Gainesville. If you knew Gator Greats, it's where Gator Greats used to be.

:::Another favorite is Chopstix on SW 13th Street ("Pan-Asian" cuisine.):::

I know it well. :-) I live pretty much right across the street from there in the UF married student housing complex right across from the Sheridan. Did you know the new Pan-Hispanic place on SW 13, on the east side, has the same owners?

We got the all-you-can-eat sushi last night at Szechuan Panda (south), which is located on the same side of SW 13 ST as Chopstix, only further south. It's just north of Williston.

Bento we haven't tried yet. Stonewood Tavern in the same plaza is pretty good, although we liked Mark's for the money better.
